چکیده
Wild boar population (Sus scrofa) has been growing rapidly in most countries of the world over past decades. The invasive species high reproduction rates and well-developed adaptive responses, which allows it to successfully expand boundaries its habitat, create significant economic losses agriculture horticulture, urban ecosystems, threatens loss biological diversity spread zoonotic infections. purpose paper was analyse factors that contribute expansion Sus scrofa world, determine ecological mechanisms regulation against background rapid anthropogenic transformation habitat global climatic anomalies; assess changes dynamics size hunting farms Ukraine for period from 2010 2020 Chernihivska oblast, particular. Conventional methods retrospective analysis, synthesis, environmental, general biological, epizootic research were used. analyses experience identifies main low effectiveness strategies controlling wild agroecosystems, mixed forest ecosystems. Due unique features forming a life strategy, demonstrate successful development, range available food resources, effective use daily diversification niches conditions transformed etc. It is established reason inefficiency pressure on "predator-prey" system absence large predators ecosystems oblast. At same time, deterrent predator-prey ensured manifestation next-level mechanisms, namely, appearance foci African swine fever along cycle natural biocenoses region. Response – response populations manifested by short-term decrease scrofa, as temporary effect with subsequent recovery trend. results obtained can be used development practical recommendations monitoring, environmental control, management measures prevent safety associated uncontrolled distribution based universal

Functional Characterization of Porcine (Sus scrofa) BCL10
Human BCL10 (hBCL10) protein is a signal transduction molecule originally identified because of its direct involvement in a subset of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphomas, and later recognized as a crucial factor in regulating activation of NF-kB transcription factor following antigen receptor stimulation on lymphocytes. In this study, we characterized the NF-kB inducing activity ...

AIM The objective of this study was to investigate the chromosomal profile of indigenous pigs by computing morphometric measurements. MATERIALS AND METHODS A cytogenetic study was carried out in 60 indigenous pigs to analyze the chromosomal profile by employing the short term peripheral blood lymphocyte culture technique. RESULTS The modal chromosome number (2n) in indigenous pigs was found...
متن کاملMitochondrial genome of Taiwan pig (Sus Scrofa)
The purpose of this study is to investigate the complete nucleotide sequence of the mitochondrial genome of the Taiwan Lanyu pig (Sus scrofa) and its phylogenetic relationships with other pig breeds. Thirty-four forward and reverse primers were designed. Sequencing was performed in both directions. The results showed that, the complete sequence of the mitochondrial genome of the Taiwan Lanyu (S...
